BOOKINGS AND ACCOMMODATION
The management of Detelina Park Hotel Varna Ltd. undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid for by the client through online booking, in their full quantity and quality according to the data provided by the client through the reservation form: client name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.
All customer requests, filled in the “Note” field in the reservation form, will be fulfilled if possible.
Only people under the specified age on the date of arrival are accepted in the child reservation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices on the website of Detelina Park Hotel Varna Ltd. are in euros (EUR), including VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount due by the client is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the relevant period.
When making online reservations for guarantee purposes, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking, via debit/credit card or at the latest within the specified period after booking by bank transfer.
Detelina Park Hotel Varna Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and currently available vacancies. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
In case of cancellation, non-use or change of an already paid online reservation by the client, Detelina Park Hotel Varna Ltd. will refund the amount paid upon request, charging the appropriate penalty:
Changes to a reservation without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation without penalty is made up to 7 days before the check-in date.
In case of change or cancellation after this period, a penalty in the amount of the prepaid deposit is due.
When refunding a paid amount, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are at the expense of the customer. Refunds due to cancellation are made within a 30-day period depending on the payment method, the amounts are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
TYPES OF PAYMENTS
- After receiving your reservation request, we will contact you to confirm the email you left.
- Payment with debit/credit card through DSK Bank Virtual POS Terminal
- Types of cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard debit, credit and business cards
- Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
- We do not store data about bank cards used for payment through the site.
- From a security perspective, the maximum amount for card payment is €1500.
- Cancellation with refund of the prepaid amount – up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellation is made by contacting us by phone – 0889320032 or by e-mail: reservation@detelinahotel.com
- In case of cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date, the prepaid amount will be refunded to the card with which the payment was made within 7 days after requesting cancellation.
- After the period of 3 days until the check-in date or in case of no-show – the hotel will charge the cost of the first night.
- The hotel complies with privacy policies.
