– A child on a regular bed and a second child on an extra bed enjoy a 50% discount on the package price (BB, HB, All Inclusive)
– An adult, accommodated on an extra bed, enjoys a 20% discount on the price for a regular bed.
– 10% DISCOUNT for reservations with a stay of at least 3 nights and more
- To guarantee a stay in a room with a sea view – surcharge 2 € / 3.91 BGN per person, per day
Virtual POS Terminal
- After receiving your reservation request, we will contact you to confirm the email you left.
- Payment with debit/credit card through DSK Bank Virtual POS Terminal
- Types of cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard debit, credit and business cards
- Transactions are carried out using the Master Card Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
- We do not store data about bank cards used for payment through the site.
- From a security perspective, the maximum amount for card payment is €1500.
- Cancellation with refund of the prepaid amount – up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellation is made by contacting us by phone – 0889320032 or by e-mail: reservation@detelinahotel.com
- In case of cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date, the prepaid amount will be refunded to the card with which the payment was made within 7 days after requesting cancellation.
- After the period of 3 days until the check-in date or in case of no-show - the hotel will charge the cost of the first night.
- The hotel complies with privacy policies.
