• In case of cancellation up to 3 days before the date of arrival, the prepaid amount is refunded on the card with which the payment was made within 7 days after requesting cancellation;
• After the period from 3 days to the date of accommodation or in case of non-arrival – the hotel will charge the cost of the first night;
